1. Acceptance of Terms

4.4 Deposit Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into Your jil56 account are legally owned by You and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. You further warrant that You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party. jil56 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and to refuse or reverse any deposit that jil56 reasonably suspects is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of funds from Your jil56 account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200).

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

Upon account closure, any remaining account balance, after deduction of any applicable fees or charges, will be returned to You via Your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

10.2 Termination by jil56

11. Limitation of Liability

If informal resolution efforts are unsuccessful, You agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jil56.

13. Changes to Terms

jil56 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice to Users.
